    My story

    Caught in a cycle of chronic burnout and failed diets, I felt awful. It wasn't until I began being mindful of my habits, meditating and practicing yoga that I started feeling better and more energized. After many years of small habit changes, I am now passionate about sharing my best tips and tricks with you to help you find energy and relaxation in the midst of your busy day.
